anyone concerned I would want them to know that I highly recommend the
ministry of Midwest Christian Outreach, Inc. in the area of reaching out
to those in cults and other world religions. Training believers to
defend the faith, their publications and radio programs are evangelistic
to non-believers as well as training believers.
Midwest
Christian Outreach, Inc. provided 40 trained volunteers in the area of
specialized counseling from cults and apologetics as well as offered training
to churches and individuals who requested it during the ‘Say Yes’ crusade
with Dr. Luis Palau in the Chicago area during the spring of 1996.
Your
work is strategic in times like today. With the multiplicity of cults
and the rapid expansion of world religions here in the USA there continues
to be a growing need to equip Christians to present the truth well in a
relativistic world. Also, your clear and concise presentations of
the uniqueness of the gospel message reaching many whom do not believe
there is a difference in Christianity.

Our
Savior Lutheran church has found the ministry of Midwest Christian Outreach,
Inc. to be of great value to our congregation and the Christian community
at large. During the month of February 1998, Mr. Veinot presented
a series on Christian apologetics on Sunday mornings for our members.

at Windy City Community Church support and appreciate the ministry of Midwest
Christian Outreach, Inc. ... [which] is working in the church, training
others about witnessing to people caught in cults, as well as reaching
out to people themselves who are involved in cults and who are looking
for answers concurring with the truth of Jesus Christ.
We
have had Don Veinot come to our church and lead a seminar on cults and
how to witness to them. We had a great increase in attendance because
of his teaching and great enthusiasm about learning more. In fact
the week after the seminar one of our members had Jehovah’s Witnesses come
to the door and he set up an appointment for a week later and received
personal help from Midwest Christian Outreach in witnessing to these people.
